DC City Series Infographic

October 18, 2017

This DC City Series Infographic pulls together some of the brightest minds at work designing for social good in the Washington, DC metro region. Far from a definitive list, this cohort is a starting point for understanding where we stand today, and it represents living indicators of where our community is heading tomorrow.

HUGE shout-out to the Gensler DC office, who collaborated with IDH on the research and construction of this graphic.

The graphic is organized into three core areas that are unique strengths of impact design in metro DC:
1. Connection to the Landscape and Relationship to the Rivers
2. Gentrification and Social Impact Urbanism
3. Incubators and Institutional Support for design
